Summary
Report summary
The International School for Social and Business Studies is an independent higher education institution that implements two study programs at the first cycle, namely the BA program Business in Contemporary Society and the BSc program Economics in Contemporary Society. At the second cycle, it implements two MA study programs, namely Knowledge Management and Leadership and Quality in Education. In the third level, it implements the doctoral program Knowledge Management. The group of experts is of the opinion that the higher education institution meets all quality standards. In the report, the group of experts pointed out some of the advantages of the higher education institution and also pointed out the opportunities for improvement. The institute demonstrates an appropriate formal organization and a functional human resources management system, as well as a stable personnel structure for the implementation of its teaching and research activities. The developmental strategy is of good quality and is based on information that is effectively transmitted, especially between internal stakeholders and the closest stakeholders from the regional environment. However, it is necessary to systematically establish stronger connections and a system of motivating external stakeholders. The focus of scientific research is clearly set and represents an appropriate and relevant contribution in the national and to some extent also in the international environment. The institution has a well-developed culture of quality assurance and a developed system of planning and support for career development of employees, but it would be necessary for greater efficiency of this system to further profile the research work of the institution and base on this the system of academic and administrative staff development. The institution should take a more active approach to the policy of prevention of discrimination against various groups, including the establishment of an appropriate formal framework. -

Summary
Report summary
The institution regularly and appropriately evaluates and updates the content, composition and implementation of all study programs that have been the subject of external evaluation. In this way, it continuously develops programs and maintains their relevance. A large amount of data collected contributes to this, with a well-developed information infrastructure being of great help. Stakeholders are properly involved in the self-evaluation process and are informed about the results in an appropriate way, but an even more proactive stakeholder approach would be useful. All data collected indicate the existence and effective functioning of the quality circle. Despite the adaptations, the programs are complete in terms of content and composition, and the contents are connected along the horizontal and vertical axes. In all programs, the institution takes care of the compliance of the objectives and competencies of the syllabus with the basic objectives and competencies of the study program. However, greater differentiation is needed between the two study programs at the first level of study. The institution is implementing a number of projects, but more attention should be paid to more prestigious international research programs. Teaching methods are adapted to different groups of students and higher 54 education teachers. The number of contact hours performed is appropriate. The work and involvement of students in scientific, professional, research projects is appropriate and varies according to the level of study. Practical education is properly organized and implemented, to the satisfaction of both students and mentors. Informing of students is timely and effective. All higher education teachers involved in the implementation of the study programes have relevant references and habilitation. The programs are implemented within the appropriate infrastructure. However, we would suggest hiring a librarian with a library education who will be able to provide a more appropriate service to very different groups of users. The institution effectively ensures the protection of the rights of stakeholders in the study process. It enables employees to enjoy academic autonomy and develop their career path. Stakeholders are duly informed. -
